Operating in a truly global market economy as we do, over the years we have come to develop a detailed understanding of foreign currencies,international trading standards, shipping procedures and inspection formalities.

We are able to work with payment terms that suit the market conditions and opportunities including letters of credit, cash transfers and guarantee backed account facilities.

Our knowledge base of the individual markets in which we operate, (which is continually developing to respond to the latest local legislative changes), ensures we repeatedly deliver a consistently reliable and responsive service.

As members of our local Chamber of Commerce,we are able to handle legalised documents, Certificates of Origin and documents that need to pass through the relevant country's UK embassies.

We prepare our own commercial documents to suit the agreed contractual terms and the INCOTERMS of shipment.

As appropriate, we liaise with the paying bank to ensure correct documents are submitted or where a Letter of Credit is not involved, we can send documents directly to the buyer.

Correct documents must be complemented with effective logistical movements. We have developed excellent and long-standing contacts with the major air and sea carriers and international courier networks.

This enables movement from the smallest emergency part of less than half a kilo up to multiple container movements booked on a single vessel. Depending upon the weight and even the end location e.g. landlocked counties, we are able to offer fast air cargo connections to almost all destinations.
