John has been with Powersource for over twenty years, experiencing an exciting and varied journey. From his early days as one of the original members involved in setting up the company to engaging in overseas and UK travel and forging relationships with new clients, he has played a crucial role in the company's development.

 

He also managed the transition of Powersource into the Bells Power Group in 2021. His previous experience as the Southern Area Product Support Manager for Hindle Group (Perkins Dealer) and his work with many large and well-known OEMs in the industry have equipped him with a comprehensive breadth of knowledge, particularly in the Power Generation sector.

Chris has worked in warehousing, aftermarket parts and service departments for over 30 years and had worked directly within the distribution networks for Cummins, Perkins and Donaldson before joining Powersource in 2009 to expand the parts department. 

 

His Power Generation and Cummins experience allowed Powersource to expand its portfolio of franchises and continues to contribute to Powersource’s ongoing aim to provide excellent customer service response across a range of products.

Paul started as an apprentice at a JCB dealer, rising to service manager and overseeing 22 engineers in the South and Southeast. He then joined a Manitou dealer, focusing on service and warranties, and expanded to include Takeuchi diggers.

 

Paul established a new depot in Mereworth, Kent, and became a sub-dealer for Hindle Power, managing engineers for Perkins engines and ZF gearboxes. After Hindle lost the Perkins franchise to Diperk, he became service and parts manager for Diperk, serving the South from Lands End to Dover, with Powersource as a key customer.

 

Two decades later, Paul is now thriving as a Sales Manager and is proud to be part of the Bells Group.
