During July 2022, Bells Power Group welcomed five students to take part in work experience over the course of a week. All five Bells business units are able to offer a different experience every day during this week for the students.

At Powersource, we welcomed the students to our office and warehouse where they took part in a variety of busy day-to-day activities. The students shadowed our Warehouse Operative as they learnt how to correctly check stock arrivals, un-pack deliveries and the process of stock rotation and organisation. In addition to this practical work, our sales team demonstrated various office skills such as invoicing, shipping documentation, understanding the parts finding system and the ordering process.

All five students were fully engaged, asked lots of questions and generally enjoyed their time with the Powersource team.
